I\/ JOB OVERVIEW:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Support Legal Department in translating, interpreting activities for Japanese clients and other Marketing\/Administration tasks as assigned.<\/p>\n
II\/ JOB PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Support Legal Department in translating emails, documents, legal updates from Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa;<\/p>\n
\u2013 Perform the role of an Interpreter during meetings between Legal Department and Japanese clients;<\/p>\n
\u2013 Support Legal Department in periodical marketing\/administration activities;<\/p>\n
– Other tasks as assigned by Department Manager\/ Deputy Manager of Legal Department.<\/p>\n
III\/ JOB REQUIREMENTS:
\n\u2013 Last – year student from a University within Hanoi is accepted without any experience needed;<\/p>\n
\u2013 Having granted N2 Certificate in Japanese. Thus, proficient in Japanese is required, especially in translation – interpretation skills;<\/p>\n
\u2013 Having logical thinking sense, hard – working, details – oriented, prone to learning;<\/p>\n
\u2013 Having high competency with the Microsoft Office package.
\n– Being able to work full-time or part-time with high attendance (3-4 times\/week)<\/p>\n
